At 4:13 Apparel, every item is made to order specifically for you.
As all items are produced to order, we cannot cancel or amend your order once production has begun.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour
- Accidental purchases
Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
