Order Processing

All of our products are made to order specifically for you. Once your order is placed, production begins before your item is shipped.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days, although this may take longer during busy periods or seasonal demand.

Estimated Delivery

After your order has been produced, it will be shipped to your chosen delivery address.

As all of our products are made to order, and some are fulfilled by our overseas production partners, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your order to arrive.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product ordered, fulfilment location, and courier delays. Some orders may arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe, but we cannot guarantee this.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available, so you can follow your order's journey.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments. This is because different items may be produced and dispatched from different fulfilment centres.

Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
